1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the sale of digital products (e-books) through the online shop operating under the name Wenus w Byku.
1.2. The seller is Wenus w Byku, conducting business under this name, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).

2. Type of Products
2.1. Products available in the shop are digital content in file formats (e.g., PDF, EPUB).
2.2. To use the e-books, the customer must have a device capable of opening such files.
3. Purchase Rules
3.1. An e-book purchase is made by placing an order on the website and completing the payment.
3.2. The customer agrees to provide truthful information when placing an order.
3.3. Upon purchase, the customer receives an automatic email confirming the conclusion of a distance contract (a “durable medium”).
4. Consent to Delivery of Digital Content Before 14 Days
4.1. When purchasing, the customer must additionally tick the checkbox:
“I consent to receiving the purchased e-book before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that I will lose my right to withdraw from the contract.”
4.2. If the checkbox is not selected, the product will be delivered no earlier than on the 15th day after purchase, following the statutory withdrawal period.
5. Order Fulfilment
5.1. After the payment is processed, the customer receives a download link or the file itself via email (if early delivery was consented to).
5.2. Download links remain active for at least 30 days from the purchase date.
5.3. The customer is responsible for saving the file.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract if the digital product is delivered before the 14-day period and they have given consent.
6.2. If consent was not given, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided the product has not yet been delivered.
7. Complaints
7.1. Complaints regarding digital files may be submitted to kontakt@wenuswbyku.pl.
7.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.
7.3. Complaints are not accepted for device incompatibility issues.
8. Copyright
8.1. All e-books available in the shop are protected by copyright.
8.2. Copying, sharing, or distributing them without the seller’s consent is prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Processing of personal data is governed by Polityki prywatności / RODO.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms are effective from the date of publication.
10.2. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms without affecting acquired rights.
