The controller of personal data is the owner of the Wenus w Byku brand (hereinafter: the Controller).

When using the Service the following data may be processed:
- name and e-mail address (e.g. when subscribing to the newsletter),
- IP address, device and browser information (for statistical purposes),

We do not collect or process sensitive data.

Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
- running the newsletter and sending marketing content,
- fulfilling sales of e-books and digital materials,

- analysing visit statistics (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel),
- ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the user (e.g. newsletter subscription),
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract (e.g. purchase of an e-book),
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller (statistics, security).
5. Data retention period
We retain data:
- until the consent is withdrawn (newsletter),
- for the period required by law (for sales transactions).
6. Recipients of data
Data may be disclosed to:
- IT, hosting and e-mail marketing service providers (e.g. MailerLite, Stripe),
- public authorities if required by law.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area unless the chosen provider (e.g. MailerLite) ensures an adequate level of protection in line with the GDPR.

Every data subject has the right to:

- rectification, deletion or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO).
